Our exclusive Penthouse Day Room is a new two-story haven that offers the perfect retreat for brides and their wedding parties to relax and prepare for the festivities ahead.

From the moment you arrive on the morning of your wedding, our Potter’s Penthouse becomes your private sanctuary.

Available from 10am, the ground floor of the Penthouse welcomes you with a resort-style kitchen and family room that sets the stage for the morning.

Here, you’ll find a stunning marble countertop that serves as the perfect place gather around and enjoy grazing boards and refreshments.

Our team will provide fresh orange juice and premium champagne for all of your guests, plus a gourmet brunch platter, and nibbles throughout the day to keep everyone energised and happy!

The space is thoughtfully appointed with a TV, tea and coffee-making facilities, and (of course!) a spacious refrigerator to keep your champagne perfectly chilled.

On the upper level, you’ll discover a tranquil retreat designed for pampering and relaxation.

The crown jewel of this floor is the master suite, featuring a glamorous dressing room and powder room where you and your bridal party can prepare in style.

Floor-to-ceiling sliding doors flood the space with natural light and lead to the private balcony, with sweeping views that make you feel miles from suburbia, and in your own countryside retreat.

While the bridal party enjoys the Penthouse, the groom and his posse haven’t been forgotten.

The sophisticated Gallery Room provides them with their own space to prepare, ensuring every member of the wedding party has the perfect environment to get ready for the celebrations ahead.

This remarkable space, the size of a small home, holds a fascinating history as the original structure on the property. During the 1950s, when the property was known as “Potters Cottage,” this building housed and displayed the works of local artisans and creatives.

The Gallery Room is now an elegant space available for use one hour before the ceremony.

It’s a fantastic location for the groom and wedding party to put the finishing touches on their outfits and sneak in some extra photos before the ceremony.

Getting ready for your wedding can often be as memorable as the ceremony itself and our Penthouse Day Room and Gallery Room allows you to spend this special time with your wedding party and parents in an atmosphere of absolute luxury.

From the moment you step into Potter’s Receptions until you walk down the aisle, we want you to feel as relaxed and comfortable as possible and every detail in these spaces has been thoughtfully considered to achieve this.

Our Penthouse Day Room is available for weddings booked from July 2025 and is included in the cost of the venue hire.
