Start your day in style and comfort
Your wedding day begins in the Penthouse Day Room, a private two-storey space exclusively yours from 10am. It’s designed for comfort, calm and convenience, complete with lounge areas, a dressing room and a private balcony. We’ll have refreshments ready so you can settle in, get ready and enjoy the morning with your bridal party.
An hour before your ceremony, the Wedding Gallery, which is available for the other partner and half of the wedding party. This light-fi lled suite features its own lounge, courtyard and dressing area, making it perfect for photos, touch-ups and a moment of quiet before you walk down the aisle. After your ceremony, it becomes a private space for your wedding party to regroup, freshen up and share a toast before your reception begins.
Your choice of styled ceremony locations
Your Potters Receptions wedding package includes your choice of three beautiful ceremony locations, all styled and coordinated for you.
THE CHAPEL
A contemporary space with carved pews, timber ceilings and large glass doors opening to the gardens. With heating, cooling and fl exible styling options, it’s ideal year-round.
THE GARDEN GAZEBO
Surrounded by native trees and Japanese maples, the garden gazebo is relaxed and naturally picturesque, a great fi t for outdoor ceremonies and photos.
THE WISTERIA COURTYARD
Framed by wisteria vines and fairy lights, this courtyard offers two layout options and all-weather fl exibility. It’s one of Melbourne’s most recognisable outdoor ceremony settings.
A reception space with all of the romantic touches
After your ceremony, your guests can enjoy pre-dinner drinks and canapés in the Atrium Bar fl owing out to the courtyard under the fairy lights.
Your reception takes place in the Grand Garden Room, a purpose-built event space featuring a waterfall backdrop, feature chandelier, large dance fl oor and views across the gardens.

Delicious food and drinks, catered to you
Potters offers three reception catering styles, all featuring canapés on arrival and a fi ve-hour beverage package.
Shared Plates: Abundant and social, with antipasto entrées, roast meats and seasonal sides. Alternate Serve: A classic two-course seated meal with a choice of entrées, mains and desserts.
Grazing Cocktail Reception: Relaxed and modern, with generous grazing tables, roaming canapés and a dessert station.
All menus use fresh, local produce and include house-baked bread, freshly brewed coffee and premium teas. The beverage package features De Bortoli wines, local beers, cider and soft drinks.
Stay the Night
After the celebrations, you can unwind just a few steps away in our on-site accommodation.
Choose from beautifully styled Standard or Deluxe Suites, each with plush bedding and garden views. For couples, the Wedding Suite offers a four-poster bed, private courtyard, fi replace and free-standing bath overlooking the zen garden.
